Did not give 5 stars only because I waited 2 months for this item because of back order (understandable) then had to wait longer because of a shipping problem. However the seller was very accommodating & communicated with me. Gracious enough to split the cost of shipping. Next, the instructions needed instructions, it was not easy to assemble one bit. Overall worth it once put together. Comfortable to relax on & then easy to convert to sleep on with a mattress topper if you prefer it a little softer.it is a beautiful couch and easy to put together but it is NOT comfortable to sleep onNot comfortable to sleep on. Very easy to put together. Comfy to sit on. I bought this item for guests to sleep on but would not recommend it unless you buy a mattress topper. Good luck trying to find a size to fit and then you have to store it.should not charge almost for 600.00 total I could've bought a wayyyyyy more comfortable and high end couchI would be interested in keeping the couch if I was refunded 300.00 to go towards finding a mattress topperI love the couch it was easy to assemble and looks good in my living room. I have no complaints about the product itself just the shipping company Ceva. This has nothing to do with the fact that it took forever I understand with the labor shortage that it was going to take a little longer than usual. The company requires a delivery appointment of which you had to be home for they were all from 12-4pm, which was also not a problem. I do not work from home and had to take a day off for my delivery appointment which was fine until my couch didn’t get delivered on the first 3 appointments I had made. I had to take three days off of work because this company couldn't get me my couch when they said they would. I don’t understand what the point of an appointment is if you are not going to arrive. Also there was no heads up that I wouldn’t be getting my delivery either. So I sat at my house all day for three days waiting on my couch for no reason. When the couch was finally delivered the man said he was an outside carrier who gets hired to do jobs for Ceva when they get really backed up (which is often) and he was a delightful man (unfortunately I don’t remember who he said he worked for). But anyways long story short the couch is great but the shipping company is not considerate of other peoples time.Ok it looks nice but not very comfortable. I bought it for my 14 year old, he is 5’5 & barely fits on it. It’s his bed for his small bedroom. If you’re using it for a couch in a small space I’d say this one’s a good choice but if it’s your every day bed I’d say pick something else.For a camper. Great fit.Delivery was easy but it came with a small tear. I could care less but I would imagine someone else would send it back. Make sure to inspect boxes before accepting.Easy to assemble with one person.Pretty comfortable for a smaller person. It is very firm (which I like). Would be small for a taller person. Folds out to a sleeper nicely and the storage for blankets is a plus.Mostly bought this for the cup holders. Why do more couches not have this option. By far the coolest part. Saves so much room not needing end tables.You really can’t beat this price… but this is NOT the most comfortable couch. If it were just a little more padded I’d be so happy. The sad truth is that you can feel the wood frame of the thing and you really have to be seated just right to tolerate it. It’s really unfortunate because everything else about this couch is awesome. I love the storage and the cup holders… ugh… it’s so sad that I can’t give 5 stars but they dropped the ball by not adding more cushion.Very comfortable
